Setter is a volleyball management simulation for PC. Players scout and sign talent, build a squad around a tactical identity, and manage every matchday decision as rallies unfold. Between fixtures, training shapes how players develop, while finances and squad planning carry across multiple seasons. Setter is built by volleyball people for volleyball people, aiming to give the sport the depth and long-term club-building focus that manager games in other sports already have.

Setter is a single-player volleyball management game for PC that puts players in full control of a volleyball club. It starts with scouting: assessing player potential, personality and fit before moving into transfers, where budgets, rival interest and contract negotiations decide who joins the squad. From there, players build their roster around a tactical identity, choosing formations, rotations and playing style suited to the strengths of their group and the weaknesses of their opponents. On matchday, rallies play out in a live match engine, and managers step in to make substitutions, call timeouts and respond as momentum shifts point by point. Between matches, training plans shape how players develop: young talents grow into their roles, established players hold their peak, and veterans decline, all on individual curves that reward long-term planning over quick fixes. Off the court, managers balance club finances, plan succession as players retire or move on, and recruit the next generation of talent to keep the club competitive. None of this resets at the end of a season: Setter is built around multi-season careers, where this year's decisions shape the club's identity and trajectory for years to come.
